SHIPPING and Delivery
1. Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
Do your shipping options require signature upon delivery?
Our shipping options require a signature with an authority to leave. This means AusPost courier will try to obtain your signature, if no one’s home during delivery, the courier will leave your parcel at your door or nearby in a safe location. If neither are safe to do so, your parcel will be held at your nearest post shop for collection within 14 days.
AusPost "Safe Drop" option allows you to nominate a safe and secure place to leave your parcel, waiving the signature requirement. You can set Safe Drop as your preference for future deliveries or request it as you need it.
The best way to have parcels delivered at your convenience is to register for MyPost to use a 24/7 Parcel Locker or post office (Parcel Collect) address.
3. International Shipping:
We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping charges and delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that international shipping may be subject to additional fees, customs duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking number through our carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Delays:
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or other factors beyond our control may result in delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages:
